We are flexible with times when testing your
Systems in need of monitoring which involve a certain operating risk are subject to recurring tests by specialists or TÜV experts.
TÜV Rheinland Group supports operators of materials-handling equipment so that the equipment meets the statutory specifications in operation. Only the safety and reliability of systems of this kind make it possible for many operators to provide the optimum design of economic work processes and to guarantee users the necessary degree of safety.
We provide competent testing in accordance with European national standards and specifications.
Further additional specifications, such as the Guideline on Work Tools (89/655/EEC), include statements on minimum specifications for safety and health protection when employees are using work tools at work.
The operator bears the responsibility for all specifications being observed when these work tools are being used.
Our TÜV expert will provide you with support when you are dealing with these problems too.
What is important for manufacturers of newly designed systems?
We provide consulting and support for manufacturers in developing materials-handling equipment and carry out acceptance tests, recurring tests and design tests, as required, corresponding to the current standards and specifications.
For your own safety, we recommend design tests for your newly developed products. This allows you to demonstrate quality to your customers as well as providing you with an ideal defence in the event of unjustified product liability claims.
